Larry joined Avyno Law in January 2015. His primary role at the firm is to interface with the firm’s corporate and securities attorneys to provide research and assistance with federal and state regulatory issues and to facilitate corporate transactional matters as needed.

Larry’s corporate and securities background includes over 30 years of combined experience as principal of several Los Angeles based broker-dealers, a managing partner in a series of venture capital micro-funds specializing in the technology industry and as a support person for numerous corporate and securities law firms.
